Programs
Adult Learn to Swim - $80/ 14 one hour sessions + pool admittance
The adult learn to swim program follows the renowned “I Can Swim” model. Coaches are trained to work with participants at all levels of swimming. Practices are designed to help participants achieve, at their own pace, competence in the four basic swimming strokes (butterfly, backstroke, breaststroke and freestyle) as well as flip-turns and dives. Feedback is given in a variety of different ways: kinaesthetic, visual, verbal and self-discovery. Out-of-pool exercises designed to enhance swimming performance are available upon request.
Triathlete and Fitness Swimmers - $80/ 14 one hour sessions + pool admittance
The triathlete and fitness swim program is designed to help perfect stroke technique and efficiency. Training is designed around participants’ competition schedule. When stroke technique has reached a satisfactory level as agreed upon by coach and participant, workouts will be provided for six months with regularly scheduled check-ins.
Private Instruction - $35/ hour + pool admittance
Private instruction for all levels is available for those who desire absolute individual attention or who may not yet be comfortable swimming in a group environment
Video stroke analysis - $50/ hour + pool admittanceIf you’re looking for that competitive edge or a faster way to improve your stroke, video analysis is the way to go. Stroke technique will be analyzed and then corrected with use of immediate video feedback. The above and under water cameras are highly-effective training tools allowing you to see for yourself the areas of your stroke that need improvement. Once corrected, the results will be there for you to see instantly. After all, seeing is believing.
Elite Athlete High Performance Training - $120/7 one hour sessions + season plan
Season plans will be custom made for each participant in accordance with their outcome goal(s) ie. Aug 9th Triathlon. Workouts are designed to enhance participants strokes making them stronger, cleaner and significantly more efficient. Unique tools such as above & below water video feedback, waterproof heart rate monitors, resistance training chords and many other tools are used on a daily basis. Watch your times and stroke count drop to levels that will exceed your expectations.
Biofeedback Training - $25/session (30min)
Get one step ahead of the competition with biofeedback training. Learn how to increase and decrease your heart rate at will. This technology can show you your heart rate and galvanic skin response in a digital format on a computer screen. Games that induce your bodies stress response are played. See the graphical display of your body temperature and heart rate on the computer and learn to control your stress level.
